We continue production with a daily production capacity of 30-50 tons in our facility, which is built on a closed area of 5 thousand square meters.” Noting that they send their products to all regions in the domestic market, Demir said, “Our company, which also exports, sells pistachios to European countries, Central Asian countries such as Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, and America. In addition to pistachio varieties, we also import and export almonds, walnuts, grapes and cashew nuts in the domestic and foreign markets.” Explaining that they made additional investments in their products upon the intense demand from their suppliers, Mehmet Demir said, “With our new investment in the GATEM-KÜSGET region, we will increase our daily capacity from 30-50 tons to 140 tons of fresh pistachio processing capacity. We will achieve our goal of making perfect production by adding our laboratory department that will implement HACCP standards and our own internal audit and analysis system in our new factory.” Demir added that they closely follow the food fairs held in Turkey and abroad, both as exhibitors and visitors, in line with their continuous development and improvement efforts.
