Black Grape

The natural drying method is generally used in black seeded grape varieties. In this method, the harvested grapes are laid on the soil in the vineyard where there is plenty of sun or the bunches are dried by stringing them. Molasses is made and presented to our consumers as a snack. It has high nutritional value.
